I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to help you finally understand your body, rebuild trust with food, and fall in love with the process of showing up for yourself — one real, grounded, powerful day at a time.

1:1 coaching is where we throw out the generic advice and get specific. It’s personalised, practical, and rooted in what your body actually needs - not what worked for your best friend or some random influencer on TikTok.

We look at the full picture - your symptoms, stress, cycle, sleep, training, food, energy - all of it.
Then we build something that works with you, not against you.

No guessing. No fluff. Just real, tailored support to help you feel strong, balanced, and back in sync with your body.

Payments
Cost is $60 per week. Payments are weekly and set up as a subscription. You can cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts, no hard feelings. Just a heads-up: refunds aren’t offered.

Check-ins
We’ll check in once a week. Most of the time that’s via email, but some women prefer voice notes, text, or the odd phone call - we’ll figure out what feels best for you once we kick off.

No Meal Plans, No Cookie Cutters
I don’t do meal plans - and trust me, you don’t need one. We’ll work together on what actually supports your body and fits your life.

Track or Don’t - It’s Your Call
Want to track macros? Cool. Prefer not to? Also cool. We’ll find a flow that supports your goals without stressing you out.

Bring Me the Goods
Before we begin, it’s super helpful to have at least 7 days of a food diary. The more you can show me, the more I can help - patterns, habits, symptoms, all of it.

Just a Couple of Things
You’ll need to be 18 or older to work with me.
I don’t currently offer support for vegan diets - but I’ll happily refer you to someone amazing who does.
