Let’s meet.

I don’t just talk the talk - I’ve lived the messy middle too.

I’ve sat in the stuckness, questioned everything, and had to rebuild my energy, identity and health from the inside out.

This work is personal, because I’ve been there - and I know how powerful it is to finally feel like yourself again.

I’ve spent the last 13 years as an emergency nurse - so believe me when I say, nothing shocks me and absolutely nothing is TMI. I’ve heard it all, and then some.

But a few years into my career, something started to feel off. I was watching person after person come through the hospital doors with chronic conditions - lifestyle-driven illnesses - and all we could offer were prescriptions to manage symptoms. It felt like we were just putting out fires without ever asking why they started.

That question - why - led me down the path of preventative and functional medicine. I completed my post-grad in Human Nutrition in 2015, and ever since, I’ve been blending both worlds: the fast-paced reality of emergency care with a deeper, more holistic understanding of how the body works (and what it actually needs to thrive).

But this wasn’t just professional - it got personal.
After years of being told I was “fine” based on routine bloods, even when I felt anything but, I discovered functional testing. It cracked open an entirely new way to support women like me - the ones who are exhausted, dismissed, told their symptoms are just part of being a woman or a mum or a human. The ones who know in their gut something’s off, and just need someone to believe them (and help them figure it out).

Now? I’m here for the deep work. For root cause healing. For giving women back their energy, their clarity, their spark.

Outside of the clinic, I’ve got a sexy husband, two cheeky little boys, and two Frenchies keeping me busy. We live by the beach on the Mornington Peninsula in Australia, where life is equal parts chaos and calm.

I’m also a former competitive weightlifter - I was the 58kg Victorian champ and snagged a silver at Nationals in 2017. These days, you’ll find me sweating it out at CrossFit and grabbing a strong coffee with the gals after class.

This work is where my science brain, nurse instincts, and nutrition soul all collide - and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I’m Rachel,
